There are no refunds, but you may return any product within 30 days (with your receipt) for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us.

Carefully package your returned product and include: 1. Receipt, 2: Email address, 3. Reason for your return.

Customer must pay for return shipping, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When we receive your items, we will email you with a credit code to use when purchasing new products online.

USPS is used for all shipments within the U.S.

All orders will generally ship within 3 business days from the day of order placement. Carriers continue to report delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on their services. During peak times orders may take 4-5 business days to ship from the day of order placement.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. 

• Orders placed over a weekend will ship the following business day.

• All delivery times are based on business days.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders.

• We do not ship to customers outside the continental U.S.

Delivery address changes after an order has already shipped will incur a “change of address” fee of $20. Carriers do offer other delivery options at no charge to pick up orders from one of their appointed facilities.
