This is a very gentle bath made to soothe, settle, and calm irritated skin. It moisturizes and alleviates dry skin.
D I R E C T I O N S:
- Shake the bottle to loosen all of its contents.
-Add to warm bathwater. You may use a muslin bag to prevent herbs from clogging your drain or use a hair catcher over the drain to prevent large pieces of sediment from clogging the pipes.
-Soak at least 20 minutes.
-Relax and Enjoy!

Oatmeal Lavender Bath Soak
Oatmeal: soothes dry, irritated and itchy skin. This type of skin has a higher pH and oatmeal can help to relieve that while cleansing at the same time. It will soften and moisturize while putting a barrier on your skin to protect it from outside elements.
Baking soda: helps to boost circulation and promote healing. It has detoxifying and cleansing properties which can help boost immunity. If you suffer from itchy skin, baking soda may provide relieve from pain and irritation. Lavender: has many relaxing properties. It impacts the autonomic nervous system which explains why it’s used for getting a great nights sleep.
Cornstarch: can calm and smooth dry skin in combination with the other ingredients in this bath mix.
Candula: speeds up the healing process of wounds, bruises, cuts and other minor skin irritations.
Chamomile: naturally contains vitamins and nutrients that help soothe and repair skin. It also helps to calm sore muscles.
