Get Started With Yoga on YouTube

Hey! Today is the day we change our lives for the better. Lets add some positivity and join together in wellness together and separately. I hope that you have your wellness goals in mind and a drawn out path of how to get there. If you’ve read my other posts, Yoga and Benefits of Yoga, hopefully you’ve decided that it’s the right practice for you and you’re ready to give it a try. If you’ve not read my other posts, I encourage you do so before jumping right in. I cover what yoga is and it’s benefits so that you can make the right decision based on your health and wellness goals. Let’s get started! I have put together a list of people to follow on YouTube, people to follow on Instagram, and apps to download so that you can start this practice in your own home and at your own pace as early as today. If you’re in the Dallas area, I have put together a list of studios that I trust. Some of them are franchises and can be found in other states.
