A NEW EXPERIENCE
Transforming bodies one touch at a time.
Yoga massage is not your typical bodywork session. Imagine the deep, restorative effects of massage combined with the dynamic movement of assisted stretching and breathwork—all designed to bring your body back into alignment. This practice blends ancient Thai yoga techniques, deep tissue release, and guided breath awareness to create a treatment that is both grounding and energizing.
Unlike traditional massage, yoga massage doesn’t just focus on muscles—it works with the entire body, including fascia, joints, and energy pathways, to release tension, improve flexibility, and create a sense of fluidity in movement.
Expect to be stretched, compressed, and guided through movements that deepen relaxation, restore function, and awaken your body's natural healing capacity.
MOVEMENT AND FLOW
Transforming bodies one touch at a time.
Yoga massage follows a structured flow of assisted movements, guiding the body through deep stretches while integrating massage techniques to enhance relaxation and release tension. Rather than focusing on isolated areas, this approach works with the body as a whole, moving seamlessly between stretching, compression, and deep tissue work.
Each position naturally opens and lengthens a different muscle group, and during these stretches, I apply targeted massage techniques to relieve deep-seated tightness. This unique combination allows for deeper muscular release, improved circulation, and a greater range of motion without excessive force or discomfort
WHY MASSAGE DURING STRETCHING
When muscles are actively stretched, they enter a state of increased relaxation and flexibility, making them more receptive to deep tissue work. This allows for deeper, more effective muscle release while minimizing discomfort, helping the body move more freely and reducing tension patterns over time. As a result, yoga massage creates a powerful combination of movement and targeted pressure to optimize recovery and well-being, allowing for:
Greater Release
As the body moves through assisted stretches, massage helps release tightness in deeper muscle layers, allowing for a more effective and lasting release compared to passive stretching alone.
Enhanced Flexibility
Stretching alone increases mobility, but when combined with targeted massage, muscles are able to relax more fully, making it easier to achieve a greater range of motion without strain.
Improved Circulation
The rhythmic compression and stretching of muscles stimulate blood flow, helping to flush out toxins and bring oxygen-rich nutrients to areas of tension, promoting faster recovery and tissue repair.
Nervous System Regulation
The deep, intentional movements of yoga massage engage the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting the body out of stress mode and into a state of deep relaxation, which can help reduce chronic tension and anxiety.
Enhanced Muscle Recovery
By increasing circulation and improving muscle elasticity, yoga massage helps reduce post-exercise soreness and speeds up recovery, making it an excellent tool for both athletes and those with physically demanding lifestyles.
Mind - Body Connection
Through mindful breathwork and assisted movement, yoga massage helps build awareness of how the body holds tension, allowing for deeper relaxation and a greater sense of control over movement patterns.
MASSAGE OR STRETCHING
it's both!
Yoga massage bridges the gap between passive massage therapy and active bodywork. It blends the benefits of deep-tissue release with assisted stretching and mindful movement, creating a session that is both deeply therapeutic and restorative.
This is not a replacement for your yoga practice, nor is it a conventional deep tissue massage—it’s an entirely unique experience that meets your body where it is and helps it move better, easier, and pain-free.
